A variety of resources are available to support you from the beginning of your journey as a changemaker and beyond.

  • Our enrollment counselors are here to help you navigate the logistics of grad school. They will connect you to the diverse resources available at GSPIA and Pitt. You will also have guidance from a faculty advisor about your course of study and career plans.

    Admission and Funding
  • Our Office of Career Services is here to connect you with employers to set you on the path to becoming a changemaker. These services are available to students and alumni.

    Career Development
  • We offer international students with the support they need to pursue their education. We will help you with international admissions, immigration services, and international social and cultural programs.

  • The Ombudsperson assists GSPIA students to resolve conflicts and issues that arise in the course of their graduate education that the student believes have not or cannot be addressed through other channels. The Ombudsperson helps manage conflicts and provides information about institutional policies related to the student's issues, including the university's grievance procedures.

    The Ombudsperson for GSPIA is Renee Kidney. She can be reached at rkidney@pitt.edu. Her office is in the GSPIA Office of Student Services, 3601 Posvar Hall.
